AAA Awards 2022

Every year at the New Zealand Steel Annual Awards, we celebrate and acknowledge individuals and teams in our organisation who display the three attributes that are key to success with our AAA Awards.

The 'triple' A awards cover all parts of the business and are awarded to employees who have demonstrated the three attributes that make up the awards:

Alignment
Accountability
Agility

Any employee can nominate someone for a AAA award, which is then reviewed by The Senior Leadership team. Winners are then recognised as a part of the Awards ceremony. This year, the exceptional winners were:
